About
Dr. Maheshwari and his staff offer a wide variety of urgent care services ranging from primary care to acute care of wounds and serious injuries. The facility has cutting edge diagnostic tools that can be used to help the staff accurately assess and evaluate each patient’s health. They are capable of providing effective treatment plans to help their patients get back on the road to recovery.
The doctors and staff at the facility treat a wide range of health conditions. A few of the most commonly treated health conditions include asthma, allergies, diabetes, obesity, migraines, urinary tract infections, and sexually transmitted diseases. As an urgent care facility, the office hours are longer than a traditional doctor’s office. The staff at the facility understand that health conditions don’t always occur during business hours. The goal of the facility is to provide the fastest, most efficient health care possible for the patients they serve.
Meet The Team
I have always been interested in managing, treating, and educating patients about disease conditions and illnesses to prevent complications. As a board-certified Family Nurse practitioner, my goal is to assist patients in learning about their medical conditions, help patients manage their disease, and assist them in making healthy lifestyle choices. Patient satisfaction and providing culturally competent care are essential aspects of the healthcare industry.
My language proficiencies include English, Punjabi, and Hindi. The most important thing that I want my patients to know about me as a Family nurse practitioner is that I believe in providing excellent evidence-based, quality care which they all deserve. I want to contribute to building a healthy community as much as possible.
I am a compassionate new nurse practitioner with over four years of experience as a Registered Nurse. During that time, I worked as a Med-tele Nurse in a hospital setting. I also worked at a correctional prison as an admissions nurse. I have worked as a hospice case manager for the past two years and inpatient palliative care coordinator. I’ll received my Master of Science in Nursing in August 2022, focusing on Family Nurse Practitioner. I am eager to work as a Family Nurse Practitioner to complete my education, take on more responsibility, support the nursing field, and set an example for others. I have accrued over 565 hours of clinical experience throughout my graduate school. These occurred in various patient care settings, including outpatient family practice primary care, outpatient pediatrics, and outpatient obstetrics/gynecology.
My favorite hobbies are reading, walking, and traveling. Traveling has to be one of my most favorite hobbies! I enjoy seeing new places all around the world. Traveling allows me to admire what I call the beauty of nature. I love to travel with family.
I am energetic, creative, personable, and hardworking. I highly value team-based healthcare and believe that each discipline uniquely contributes to best practice. At heart, I am an advanced practice nurse with a passion for providing excellent healthcare for individuals across the life span.
